Who we are
Fightfest is a home boxing fitness app operated by Innovate More LLC, a Wyoming company. By using Fightfest you agree to these terms.
Your health
Fightfest is general fitness content, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start a new exercise routine, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Train in a clear space. You exercise at your own risk.
The camera
If you turn on "Count my punches", your camera picture is analysed on your phone to count punches. The video is not recorded and is not sent to us.
Subscriptions
- Intro prices: when a promo price is shown at checkout, your first period (1 month, 3 months or 1 year) costs that discounted price. After it, your subscription renews automatically at the full price shown at checkout (for example $49.95 every 3 months) and then every period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in the app under Me, Manage my plan, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time payment. It stops your plan from renewing and keeps Fightfest open for your account for as long as Fightfest is offered.
Extras
The 20 Quick Routines and the Street Agility Guide are one-time payments. They open in the app under Train for as long as your account has access to Fightfest. The Street Agility Guide is fitness and agility training, not self-defense instruction: avoid fights and leave whenever you can.
Refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy.
Your account
Keep your login private. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or for chargeback fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app. If a change affects your price, we tell you before it applies.
Liability
Fightfest is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
